Adjuster Help Desk

Because Even Experienced Adjusters Have Questions

Modeled around a service we developed for our own adjusters, the Adjuster Help Desk is a custom dedicated help-line for your staff, manned and administered by RENFROE. Available during hours of your choosing, this service allows your adjusters to ask non-jurisdictional questions ranging from basic claim handling to scoping to specific software platforms. Our Help Desk service is staffed only with experienced adjusters. We’ll work with you to determine exactly what knowledge base your custom Help Desk should have, then we’ll make sure we staff it with adjusters that are the right fit for your needs. We can even work with you to ensure they’re trained on your policies and procedures.
